Mr. Allen is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Louisiana and the U.S. Supreme Court. He has handled cases at all levels in Louisiana courts, including city, district and appellate courts and the Louisiana Supreme Court. He has tried cases to judges and juries in state courts and federal district courts as well as the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal. He has litigated and all types of 18-wheeler, motor vehicle, motorcycle, pedestrian and railroad crossing accident cases. He has handled cases involving multiple 18-wheeler collisions. He has also handled offshore and inland waterway vessel and platform accident cases.
